Doesn’t happen very often. I was fortunate enough to experience it much earlier today.

There was no royalty around. Just fishes. And some rice. Unagi too.


Finally, I could take a break for a training session.

First, identify the hazardous situations. Then determine all of the contributing factors and elements to the hazardous situations. After that, eliminate, remove, or mitigate those factors. Example. Fire needs oxygen, fuel, and ignition to occur. Oxygen will always exist, so you mitigate fuel and prevent ignition.
