My new Camel Active shoes are quite rigid. I have to wear it selectively and alternate it with my existing Dockers (which has served me a long time, since 2004).

I now officially have 2 pair of work shoes. Cool. At least there’s a backup. Redundancy is good (in engineering terms.)
