Planning & Budgeting Cycle

Planning and budgeting cycle sucks. The cycle by itself is not, but the situation we were in dragged us down.

It’s like one dude counting for car modifications and repairs to go how far for how much when you need major parts overhaul with at least a 4-men team to properly manage everything, in order to get back to a smooth ride. If you know what I mean.

    Salam. I used to be part of Zidni’s company’s P&B cycle. A great exercise in fortunetelling. Continuing Zidni’s example, it’s like counting for repair costs when the owner doesn’t have enough money to hit everything, yet changes the priority of repairs depending on flavour of the month. Oh, and she managed to be involved in a fender bender, and used the wrong type of lubricant in the engine, and decides she wants to spend less.
