Today was all about discussions and getting aligned. The scheduler, Najib, was right. Half of your battle and half of your time is spent to just get everybody aligned. Regardless of how robust your strategy and procedure is, if nobody else knows and acknowledges it – the plan was not even a plan in the first place.

Doesn’t that mean the tools and processes are incomplete? Or we just have too many things to do? Or too many changes to handle?

And so we talked about the execution steps and finalized the version, with the input from the technical advisor. That was it. That was the biggest moment – all of the planning, sweating, time, and sacrifice, were done to achieve the site execution.

Hopefully the site execution would happen smoothly. Please pray for me. Thanks.
