The Hammering

I reviewed work document that I authored with fellow company men several days ago.

I anticipated cool and collected response but I received quite a hammering with “this is a schoolboy error” comment instead.

Yesterday I reviewed some work done in the past with several clients.

I anticipated some hammering with the kind of unanticipated delay but received kind, cool and collected response instead.

They even worried about how they could compensate me as soon as reasonably possible instead.

It helps me see clearly which circles I should hang out with?

Don’t stay and suffer in a bad relationship.

Rode NT-USB failure

My microphone ring mount had parted. What a bummer.

I knew it — the twisting and bending of the mic body would render this part pretty weak.

And I can’t locate parts replacement or some kind of substitute to fix it.

Oh well. Lessons learned and moving on to the next microphone then.

The Success Factor

Most people are proud to have chief financial officer buddy… or managing director friend or something like that.

Don’t get me wrong filling up these roles are amazing achievements.

But I’m a whole new person these days.

I am seeing the world a lot differently now.

I’m simply proud to have an old friend who has reached this level :
